These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Optrix, including the Optrix application, website, Discord bot, digital products, optimization features, and related services operated by OptrixTw1x ("Optrix", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, purchasing, accessing, or using Optrix, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Optrix.
1. About Optrix
Optrix is a software application designed to provide Windows tweaks, system optimizations, performance-related adjustments, and related functionality.
Some features may analyze basic information about your computer, such as hardware and operating-system specifications, in order to determine which tweaks or recommendations are appropriate for your system.
2. License
Optrix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and any purchased digital products for their intended purpose.
Purchasing or downloading Optrix does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, graphics, or other intellectual property to you.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute Optrix without authorization.
- Distribute purchased license keys to unauthorized users.
- Attempt to bypass licensing or authentication mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Optrix except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Copy or distribute proprietary parts of Optrix without permission.
- Use Optrix for illegal or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or damage Optrix services or infrastructure.
4. Computer Modifications
Optrix may modify Windows settings, configurations, services, applications, or other system components when you choose to apply an optimization or tweak.
Although Optrix is designed to improve system configuration and performance, results may vary depending on your hardware, Windows version, installed software, drivers, and existing configuration.
You should create appropriate backups or restore points before making significant system modifications.
5. Performance Results
Optrix does not guarantee a specific increase in FPS, latency reduction, system responsiveness, benchmark score, or other performance result.
Different computers may respond differently to the same optimization.
6. Payments and Digital Products
Some Optrix products or features may require payment.
Because Optrix products are digital in nature, including software access and/or license keys, completed purchases may generally be non-refundable after the digital product has been delivered or activated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Where Romanian or European Union consumer law applies, any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Where required, customers may be asked to expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the consequences this may have for their statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Intellectual Property
Optrix and its associated software, designs, branding, graphics, code, documentation, and other original material remain the intellectual property of OptrixTw1x or their respective rights holders.
You receive permission to use Optrix, not ownership of Optrix.
8. Updates
Optrix may receive updates, bug fixes, new optimizations, compatibility improvements, or feature changes.
Features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued when necessary.
9. Third-Party Software and Services
Certain Optrix functionality may interact with Windows, Discord, hosting providers, or other third-party software and services.
Those services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Optrix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Microsoft Corporation unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee that Optrix will be available without interruption at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, infrastructure problems, third-party outages, or other technical circumstances.
11. Disclaimer
Optrix is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that tweaks and optimizations operate correctly, no software modification can be guaranteed to work identically on every computer.
You are responsible for deciding which optional tweaks you apply to your system.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OptrixTw1x shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use Optrix.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Romanian or European Union law.
13. Suspension or Termination
Access to paid or protected Optrix services may be suspended or terminated where there is evidence of:
- License abuse.
- Fraudulent purchases.
- Unauthorized redistribution.
- Attempts to bypass security mechanisms.
- Malicious activity.
- Serious violations of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Optrix is designed to collect as little information as possible.

15. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may occasionally be updated to reflect changes to Optrix, applicable laws, or our services.
The latest version will be published on our legal website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, together with any applicable mandatory European Union consumer protection laws.
