Optrix is designed with minimal data collection in mind.

2. Computer Specifications

4. Discord Bot
The Optrix Discord bot may temporarily receive information from Discord that is technically necessary to respond to a command or interaction.
Optrix does not use the Discord bot to maintain profiles of users and does not intentionally retain Discord message content, user IDs, server IDs, or command histories as a personal database.
Discord itself processes information according to Discord's own Privacy Policy.
Optrix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
5. Website
The Optrix website itself does not intentionally request unnecessary personal information from visitors.
However, the website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider.
Like most website infrastructure providers, the hosting provider may automatically process basic technical information necessary to deliver the website, such as an IP address, request time, browser information, or security logs.
Such processing is performed by the relevant infrastructure provider according to its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Purchases
If Optrix products are purchased through a third-party payment platform, that payment provider may process information required to complete the transaction.
Optrix does not directly store your full debit or credit card information.
The privacy practices of the payment provider are governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
7. Support Emails
Optrix does not require users to provide personal information through the application.
However, if you voluntarily contact us by email, your email address and the contents of your message will naturally be received so that we can respond to your request.
We do not use support correspondence for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Optrix does not maintain a personal-data database for ordinary users of the application.
Therefore, in normal use, there is no Optrix user profile or collection of personal information associated with you that needs to be deleted.
Temporary technical information required for an application function may exist only for as long as necessary to perform that function.

Optrix does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
Where Optrix functionality depends on a third-party platform such as Discord, users must also comply with that platform's applicable minimum-age requirements.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Optrix's functionality or data practices change.
If Optrix begins collecting or storing additional categories of personal information in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
